You crashed badly?

Sorry to hear that! Just send your broken parts in to us, with a pre-paid package addressed to yourself. Please include a little note about how you crashed!

EVALUATING & SENDING

We don't ask any questions

We'll evaluate each case, log and try to prevent any future crashes of your type. We'll put new spare-parts in your package, and send it to you!

RECEIVING AND FLYING

You'll be up and flying in 48 hours

You will shortly receive a new spare part, to just plug in and play on!

The Replacement

It's super-simple: send in the broken piece to us in London, and we'll replace it free of charge. It's that simple!

Just send us a package with your broken piece, a little story of how you broke it, and a pre-paid return postage to yourself. We'll send it back with turning mail, leaving you with little down-time!

 

We do retain the right to cancel this replacement programme on an individual level at any time. If this happens, we'll pay back any outstanding service charge.
